Introduction

Welcome to Next Mart. By registering and using our platform, you agree to follow all rules, policies, and legal requirements mentioned in this document.

User Registration & Account Rules

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • The company may verify details before activating an account.

  • Users can request account deactivation anytime through support.

  • Accounts may be suspended if:

    • Terms are violated

    • Fraud occurs

    • Incorrect information is provided

    • Platform is misused

OTP Verification

  • For security, login and registration require OTP verification.

  • OTP must not be shared with anyone.

  • The platform is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

Vendor Requirements

Vendors must submit:

  • Valid UAE Trade License

  • VAT Certificate (if applicable)

  • Emirates ID + Passport copy

  • Bank Details (IBAN, SWIFT)

  • Product list with images

Vendors must confirm that:

  • All products are original and authentic

  • They follow UAE consumer laws

  • They agree to all Next Mart policies

Vendor Operations

Vendors must:

  • Update stock regularly

  • Maintain correct pricing

  • Respond to customer queries within 24 hours

  • Avoid selling prohibited products (weapons, fake items, illegal medicine, etc.)

Commission & Payments

  • Standard commission: 10% per order

  • Payments release every 14 days

  • AED 5,000 permanent deposit is required (refundable when vendor exits)

Next Mart may deduct:

  • Commission fee

  • Refund/Chargeback deductions

  • VAT on commission

  • Penalties for rule violations

Payment Hold Rights

Payments may be held if:

  • Fraud is detected

  • Customer dispute is open

  • Vendor breaks contract

  • Legal investigation is in progress

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates.

  • Delays due to courier, weather, or wrong address are not a breach.

  • Once delivered, product risk transfers to customer.

Dispute Resolution

  • Customer complaints: reply within 3 days

  • Refunds/returns by vendors: within 7 days

  • Unresolved disputes will go to Dubai Courts.

Prohibited Products List

Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing or selling the following:

  • Alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, and other controlled substances

  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related items

  • Fake, counterfeit, or replica products

  • Products violating UAE cultural, moral, or religious values

  • Gambling-related products or services

  • Medicines, supplements, or medical devices without MOHAP approval

  • Any item banned under UAE Customs Regulations

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent vendor banning.

Termination Policy

Vendors may leave the platform with 30 days written notice.
All settlements will be cleared within 45 days.
Next Mart may terminate accounts for repeated violations.
